The Bioinformatics and IoT Laboratory is established under the support of the DBT STAR College Scheme. It is equipped with 14 Desktops (Core i7 12700, 8 GB RAM, 512 GB SSD, Windows 11 Pro with P22V Monitors), 3 Desktops (Core i5 12500, 8 GB RAM, 512 GB SSD, Windows 11 Pro with P22V Monitors), and a 15 KVA UPS worth Rs. 14,99,946/-. Additionally, IoT kits are provided. This is a multidisciplinary lab used by students of B.Sc Computer Science, BCA, B.Sc Zoology, B.Sc Biochemistry, and B.Sc Chemistry.
The Data Analytics Laboratory is also established under the DBT STAR College Scheme. It is equipped with 4 Desktops (Core i7 12700, 8 GB RAM, 512 GB SSD, Windows 11 Pro with P22V Monitors), 15 Desktops (Core i5 12500, 8 GB RAM, 512 GB SSD, Windows 11 Pro with P22V Monitors), and a 15 KVA UPS worth Rs. 14,95,617/-. This lab is utilized by B.Sc Mathematics students for learning Geogebra, Sci Lab, Sage Math, R Programming, SPSS, Python Programming, C Programming, TORA, MATLAB, and LaTeX.
The Central Instrumentation Facility is equipped with high-end instruments such as PCR and Solar PV Analyzer, Trinocular Microscope with Camera, and common laboratory instruments including Digital Balance, Calorimeter, Spectrophotometer, PH Meter, Deep Freezer, and Double Door Fridge. This facility is accessible to all science undergraduate students for conducting projects and practical sessions. Consultancy services are also available to neighboring institutions.
